专利说明:
15 20 25 30 35 two or more units, are thus now integrated in a single unit, which i.a. has the advantage that it takes up less space in the pocket. It is also easier for the user to keep track of one device than several. The convenience for the user and the security against burglary and theft thus increases. This type of system is also increasingly used for heavy, commercial, vehicles, but the use of a single device leads to certain management problems. For example, it is common for drivers of at least certain types of heavier vehicles to need to leave the vehicle with the engine running so that different types of equipment can be driven via the vehicle's power take-off. The driver may, for example, wish to operate hydraulic, mechanical or electrical systems such as pumps, lifting systems, rotating devices or other equipment while the driver must monitor and control these devices from the outside of the vehicle and thus must leave the cab with the engine running. If the driver travels a shorter or longer distance from the vehicle's cab, the risk of theft of the vehicle or at least seizure of objects stored in the cab increases. This is a significant risk and thefts of entire vehicles have taken place despite the driver being in direct connection with the vehicle. There is thus a strong need for the driver to be able to lock the cab but still be able to leave the vehicle's engine running. With known solutions, the remote control and thus the ignition key must be taken out of the cab if the cab is to be locked, which means that the engine must be switched off when the driver leaves the cab. The use of separate units for ignition key and remote control, of course, has long been known and other solutions have also been proposed to prevent theft of a vehicle when a driver has left the vehicle with the engine running. WO99 / 10209 describes, for example, a device for preventing theft when the driver has temporarily left the vehicle. This device comprises a passive unit which the driver must always carry with him and an active unit which is mounted / placed in the vehicle. The active and passive devices are in wireless communication with each other as long as they are within a certain distance from each other. When the driver moves out of reach of the active unit, this is detected whereby one or more measures are taken, for example the vehicle's cab doors or load doors can be locked and / or the vehicle's alarm system activated. This solution is especially intended for vehicles that are often stopped, for example to load or unload goods, and where the driver, for convenience, wants to leave the engine running. A disadvantage of this solution is that the driver must always carry an extra device. Another is that the driver has limited opportunities to control the system's and vehicle's functions - e.g. down, to ensure that the cab doors are locked even when the driver is close to, but perhaps on the other side, the vehicle. Prior art in this field thus does not solve the problem of in a simple handling manner, and with as few units as possible, demonstrating a device with which the driver can be outside the vehicle cab and leave the vehicle's engine running while allowing such flexibility that the driver can control different functions in the vehicle, for example whether the cab should be kept locked or not and whether the vehicle's alarm should be activated or not with one and the same key device. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems by demonstrating a key device which allows the vehicle's engine to be kept running while the driver has left the cab and which allows the driver to remotely control certain functions in the vehicle such as the cab door lock and / or alarm system, at a distance from the vehicle, thereby preventing or complicating theft of the vehicle. A further object of the invention is that the key device should be comfortable to handle for the driver. A further object of the invention is that the key device should be simple in its construction and function. A further object of the invention is that the solution should be safe, inexpensive to manufacture and easy to use. These and further objects and advantages are achieved according to the invention by means of a device defined by the features stated in the characterizing part of the independent patent claim 1. The present invention thus relates to a key device with which a vehicle's engine can be controlled, started or switched off, and one or more other functions in the vehicle can be remotely controlled. The key device includes i.a. an immobilizer function to make it more difficult to access the vehicle and a remote control unit with which the driver can wirelessly control, for example, the vehicle's central locking or alarm system. The key device physically / mechanically integrates the electronic ignition key and the wireless remote control in a single unit that can be inserted into, docked with, the vehicle's starter lock unit, preferably located in the vehicle's dashboard, for example near the steering wheel. In order to allow the driver to safely leave the vehicle cab with the engine running, the key device is arranged to be able to be separated, divided into, at least one ignition key part and a remote control part where the ignition key part, with the integrated immobilizer, can be left in the starter lock unit to allow the engine to run while the driver can take the remote control out of the cab and control the desired functions. The ignition key part and the remote control part can be re-merged into a single physical / mechanical unit, e.g. when the driver returns to the cab or when the vehicle's engine does not need to be running. The ignition key device according to the invention significantly increases the comfort of the driver and reduces the risk of loss of ignition key or remote control and at the same time minimizes the risk of theft of the vehicle or burglary of the cab. Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following, more detailed description of the invention, and from the accompanying drawings and other claims. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention is described in more detail below in some preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 shows a view of a key device according to the invention for a vehicle comprising a remote control part and an ignition key part with immobilizer. Figure 2 shows a view of the invention according to figure 1 in a first separation position where the remote control part and the ignition key part are partly divided. Figure 3 shows a view of the invention according to Figures 1 and 2 in a second separation position where the remote control part and the ignition key part are completely divided. Figure 4 shows a view of an ignition key device according to the invention, according to Figures 1-3, on the way to be inserted into an ignition lock unit preferably arranged in the dashboard of the vehicle. Figure 5 shows a view of an ignition key device according to the invention inserted in, and mechanically read in, the initial reading unit of the vehicle. Figure 6 shows a view of a key device according to the invention where the key device is divided so that the remote control part is detached from the ignition key part and its immobilizer. DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Figure 1 shows an ignition key device 1 according to the invention for a vehicle comprising an ignition key part 2 comprising an immobilizer unit (not shown) and a remote control part 3 with switches 4a-c for e.g. operation of the vehicle's central reading and alarm system. The ignition key part 2 and the remote control part 3 are here physically / mechanically interconnected and read to each other and thus form an integrated unit, an ignition key device 1, which is easy for the user to carry with them. In terms of size, the ignition key device 1 can be reasonably small and designed to be attached to a keychain. The ignition key part 2 and the remote control part 3 are in an exemplary embodiment designed as a female part 5a and a handle 5b where the remote control part 3 can be pushed into the ignition key part 2 and read with a snap or a latch (not shown) which can be operated by one or more mechanical actuators 6 or buttons, preferably placed on the side edges 7 of the remote control part 3. On the side edges of the ignition key part 2 there is a first pair of reading means 8 to enable a readable reading to a start reading unit or docking unit arranged in the vehicle (see Fig. 4). The housing of the ignition key device 1 can advantageously be made of a light plastic material and is mainly provided with softly rounded corners and edges. Figure 2 shows the ignition key device 1 according to figure 1, but in a first separation position where the ignition key part 2 and the remote control part 3 are divided / disconnected from each other and somewhat pulled apart. The ignition key part 2 has the shape of a U seen from above and constitutes a female part 5a while the remote control part 3 is provided with a handle 5b. A second reading means 9a, b is arranged to hold together the ignition key part 2 and the remote control part 3 and is preferably arranged on the sides of the handle 5b and on the inside of the legs 10a, b of the ignition key part 2 and this second reading means 9a can be operated by means of pushbuttons 6 arranged at the remote control part side edges 7. This second reading means 9a, b can of course be designed in another way and can for instance consist of a protruding spike (not shown) on one of the parts 2,3 of the ignition key device 1 and which fits into and is locked in a recess in the second part 2,3. Figure 3 shows the ignition key device 1 according to figures 1 and 2 in a completely separated position. The electronic circuits of the remote control part 3 receive their power supply from one or more batteries (not shown) arranged internally in this part, while the immobilizer circuit 2 of the ignition key part receives its electrical energy wirelessly when the ignition key part 2 is docked in the ignition unit (see Fig. 4 ). The ignition key part 2 is provided with locking means 8,9b, partly located on the outside of the U-shaped part for locking to the ignition lock unit and partly on its inner side for locking to the remote control part 3. Figure 4 shows the ignition lock unit 11 or the docking unit, and the ignition key device 1 according to the invention. The ignition lock unit 11 is designed with a cavity l2 which allows insertion of at least a part of the ignition key device 1 and the figure also shows how the ignition key device 1 is about to be inserted into this cavity l2 in the ignition lock unit 11, preferably arranged in the vehicle's dashboard (not shown) . Locking means 13, for example in the form of pawls, are arranged inside the cavity 12 of the ignition lock unit to enable mechanical locking of especially the ignition key part 2 of the ignition key device 2. The locking means 13 can function so that on a first depression of the ignition key device 13 the mechanical lock 13 is activated. a second push of the ignition key device 1 deactivates the locking means 13 and the ignition key device 1 is pushed out of the docking device l1 by, for example, a spring (not shown) after which it can easily be pulled out completely by the user / driver and taken with him. Figure 5 shows the ignition key device 1 fully inserted in the ignition lock unit 11. In this position, the ignition key part 2 is mechanically locked in the ignition lock unit 11 and the immobilizer circuit is energized and activated, ie the engine of the vehicle is possible to start. The operating means 6 for separating the remote control part 3 from the ignition key part 2 are possible to reach even in this position. Figure 6 shows how the remote control part 3 is detached from the ignition key part 2 and the ignition lock unit ll, for example by depressing the actuators 6. The ignition key part 2 thus remains here in the ignition lock unit ll, which allows the engine to continue running while the driver can take the remote control part 3 out of the vehicle and then e.g. remote control, activate, vehicle central locking, alarm system etc. The description above is primarily intended to facilitate the understanding of the invention and is of course not limited to the stated embodiments, but also other variants of the invention are possible and conceivable within the scope of the inventive concept and the scope of subsequent claims.
